Why aren't service prices listed?
PAAS, SATAAS, HRAAS, OSINT, due diligence, and VAPT engagements vary a lot in scope — a two-day OSINT sweep and a full organizational assessment aren't the same job. We scope first, then send a fixed quote, so you're never billed for guesswork.
How does Trawl billing work?
Trawl is billed as a subscription, priced per user per month, with annual options planned. Final rates will be published as we move out of early access.
Can I combine a service engagement with Trawl?
Yes — a common setup is an HRAAS baseline or Human Risk engagement up front, followed by Trawl (PAAS) for ongoing simulation and SATAAS for training.
Is there a contract minimum?
Professional services are scoped per engagement with no ongoing commitment required. Trawl and Managed Awareness Programs are subscriptions, with terms confirmed before you sign up.
